Industrial Powerex Equipment

Powerex Industrial Oil-Less Air Compressors

Toolytics Industrial is an authorized Powerex industrial equipment distributor serving California, Nevada and Arizona. Tell us how much air you need and at what pressure, your power, and whether you need a tank or dryer, and we’ll quote the right model. We can quote the equipment only, or installed.

We confirm the exact setup, availability, paperwork and shipping on your quote.

Powerex industrial compressor types

Powerex makes oil-less industrial compressors in several styles. The right one depends on how much air you need at what pressure, how many hours it runs, the room it goes in, your power and the air quality you need.

Enclosed oil-less scroll systems

Scroll compressors in a cabinet, with one pump or several. The cabinet helps with noise. Check the model’s sound and ventilation specs for your room.

A good fit when you need oil-less air for the plant, with the right dryer and filters after it.

Tank-mounted scroll systems

Scroll pumps mounted on an air tank, in one compact package. One pump or several, depending on how much air you need.

We look at tank size, how much it runs, pressure, how often it starts, and where the dryer and filters go.

Base-mounted scroll systems

Scroll compressors on a base, for when the tank, dryer and controls are separate pieces. We’ll confirm how it all connects and what accessories you need.

Oil-less reciprocating piston

Oil-less reciprocating (piston) compressors are another option. We compare the specs, pressure, run time and tank setup against the scroll models.

Example Powerex industrial models

These come from the Powerex industrial catalog. They aren’t our stock list. Flow is listed at 100 PSIG, so expect different output at other pressures.

Specs and voltage options vary by model. We confirm the latest Powerex data sheet before you order.

Size by the air you need, not horsepower

Air demand and pressure

Figure out the CFM you need at the pressure you run, not just what’s on your old compressor’s nameplate. Include your busiest times, tools running at once, and whether you want a backup.

Power and environment

Check your voltage and phase, electrical requirements, room temperature, cooling air, hours of use and space. The model’s data sheet has the final word.

Drying, filtration and storage

Oil-less means no compressor oil in the air. It doesn’t mean the air is dry or clean. You’ll still need the right dryer, filters, drains and tank for your use.

Startup and maintenance

If you buy the equipment only, decide who will wire it, pipe it and start it up, and who handles maintenance and warranty.

Where we sell Powerex

We’re authorized to sell Powerex industrial equipment in California, Nevada and Arizona, to businesses, contractors and public agencies. Southern California has our fully staffed service operation. In the Las Vegas area we sell equipment and do service work. In Arizona we mainly supply equipment, and we look at installation and service project by project.

Send a model, or tell us what the system needs to do. Here’s what helps us quote it:

  1. The job.

Your ZIP code and the site’s, equipment only or installed, when you need it, and the airflow and pressure you need.

  2. Power and air quality.

Voltage and phase, hours of use, noise or space limits, how dry the air needs to be (dew point), filters and tank.

  3. Model or specs.

If you’re replacing a compressor, its make, model and serial number. If it’s new, a Powerex model, a spec or the equipment schedule.

We confirm the Powerex paperwork and availability with your quote. Have drawings or a long spec? Share a link or mention them in your message and we’ll sort out how to get them.

Common questions

What industrial compressor types does Powerex offer?

Oil-less scroll and reciprocating piston compressors, in cabinet, tank-mounted and base-mounted styles. The right one depends on your use.

Does oil-less mean no dryer or filtration is required?

No. Oil-less keeps compressor oil out of the air, but you may still need a dryer and filters. That depends on moisture, dirt, your equipment and the air quality you need, including dew point.

Can I purchase Powerex equipment for an Arizona project?

Yes. We’re authorized to sell Powerex industrial compressors in Arizona, California and Nevada. Send the specs and the project ZIP code for pricing.

Can you install or maintain my Powerex system?

Often, yes. It depends on the site, the equipment, the work and our schedule, and we’ll confirm when we quote. You can also buy the equipment only.
