Separator Elements
Air and oil separator elements for rotary screw compressors. A blinded separator drives up discharge pressure and oil carryover, and it is the most commonly deferred part on a neglected machine.
OEM · Aftermarket
Separator elements, air and oil filters, lubricants, belts, valve kits, and complete service kits. We hold 7,716 Chicago Pneumatic part numbers and 193 service kits on file, and we source across most other major brands. Send us a data plate and we will identify the part.
Everything a rotary screw, reciprocating, or oil-free compressor consumes on a maintenance interval, plus the wear parts that fail between them. Chicago Pneumatic is where our coverage is deepest. For everything else, we source to the part number on your data plate. That includes machines we did not sell: we regularly supply elements, filters, belts, and kits for Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, Quincy, Sullair, Gardner Denver, CompAir, and Champion equipment. Looking for a replacement machine rather than a part? See compressors, dryers, and air treatment, or the Chicago Pneumatic tool line.

Inlet air filters, oil filters, and downstream coalescing and carbon filter elements across six filtration grades. Matched to your flow rate and the oil carryover your process will tolerate.

Synthetic and mineral compressor fluids, including food grade where the application requires it. The wrong fluid voids most warranties and shortens airend life, so we match to the manufacturer specification rather than to viscosity alone.

Drive belts, tensioners, and coupling elements. Belt part numbers are superseded more often than any other consumable, so we cross-check the current number against the serial rather than reordering what was fitted last time.

Inlet valve kits, minimum pressure valve kits, thermostatic valve kits, and unloader components. Also reciprocating valve plates and ring sets for piston machines.

Complete minor and major service kits packaged to a running hour interval, so nothing gets missed at a scheduled visit. Usually cheaper than the same parts bought line by line.

Most wrong parts get shipped because someone ordered against a model number alone. Manufacturers change part numbers mid production run, so the serial is what pins it down.
Make, model, and serial number, straight off the plate on the machine. A photo of the plate is faster than typing it out, and a photo of the old part helps where a plate is unreadable or missing.
We confirm the current part number against the serial, check whether it has been superseded, and come back with pricing and availability. Where an OEM and an aftermarket option both exist, you get both prices and our read on which one fits.
Parts ship to your facility, or our technicians install them on a scheduled visit. If you are already on a maintenance program, the parts arrive with the visit and there is nothing to order.
If your maintenance team does its own compressor work, we can supply against your schedule instead of against your emergencies. We plan the elements, filters, lubricant, and belts to your running hour intervals so the parts are on the shelf before the interval comes due. You keep the work in house, and you stop paying expedite freight on a part you knew you would need. Call (844) 310-8665 or use the form below to set one up.
Do you sell parts for compressor brands you are not authorized on?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Our deepest parts coverage is Chicago Pneumatic, where we hold 7,716 part numbers and 193 service kits on file, but we regularly source separator elements, air and oil filters, lubricants, belts, and valve kits for Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, Quincy, Sullair, Gardner Denver, CompAir, and Champion equipment, OEM or quality aftermarket.
What information do you need to identify a part?
The make, model, and serial number from the compressor data plate, plus a photo of the old part if you have one. Serial number matters because manufacturers change part numbers mid production run, and the model alone will sometimes return the wrong element.
Do you supply OEM parts or aftermarket parts?
Both, and we will tell you which is which and what the price difference is. OEM is the right call where warranty compliance is on the line. Quality aftermarket is often the better value on filters and lubricants for equipment out of warranty.
Do I have to buy a complete service kit?
No. Kits are usually cheaper than the same parts bought individually and they make sure nothing is missed at a service interval, but we sell individual elements, filters, belts, and valve kits on their own.
Can you hold parts for our maintenance schedule?
Yes. If your team does its own maintenance, we can plan parts against your service intervals so the right elements are on the shelf before each one is due, rather than ordered after a failure. Call (844) 310-8665 to set it up.
The technicians who install a unit are the ones who maintain it. That means warranty compliance handled, genuine parts, and one vendor for the equipment and the maintenance behind it. See preventive maintenance, repair services, system installation, and compressed air assessments.
Send the make, model, and serial number and we will come back within one business day with the part number, pricing, and availability. Call (844) 310-8665 to reach us directly.
