1. Introduction

Toolytics Industrial Inc. ("Toolytics," "we," "our," or "us") operates the website toolyticsind.com and provides industrial compressed air system services across Southern California and the Las Vegas metro. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you visit our website, submit a contact form, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text message.

By using our website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit your information through our contact form.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit our contact form or otherwise reach out to us, we may collect:

  • First and last name
  • Business or company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • City and zip code
  • The nature of your service inquiry

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical and usage data, including:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages viewed and time spent on each page
  • Referring URLs (the page you came from before visiting our site)
  • General geographic location derived from your IP address (city or region level)

This information is collected through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which uses cookies and similar technologies. We do not collect precise GPS location data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to service inquiries and schedule service visits
  • Provide quotes, proposals, service reports, and related documentation
  • Send service-related communications, including appointment confirmations and follow-ups
  • Send marketing communications about our services, where permitted by law
  • Improve our website and understand how visitors interact with it

  • Protect the rights, property, and safety of Toolytics, our customers, and the public

We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Communications: SMS, Email & Phone

Text messages (SMS)

By providing your phone number and submitting our contact form, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Toolytics Industrial related to your service inquiry, including appointment scheduling, service follow-ups, and related updates.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Most customers receive fewer than 5 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates apply to all text messages sent and received.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time. You will receive a confirmation and will receive no further text messages. Opting out does not affect your ability to receive service or service-related communications by other means.

For help: Reply HELP to any text message or contact us at [email protected].

We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving service from Toolytics Industrial.

Email

When you provide your email address, you may receive direct responses to your inquiry, service-related communications (appointment confirmations, quotes, service reports), and occasional marketing updates about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also opt out at any time by emailing [email protected] with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line — we will process your request within 10 business days. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional communications related to an active service engagement.

Phone

When you provide your phone number, we may call to respond to your inquiry, confirm or schedule service appointments, or follow up on open service tickets. We do not use automated dialers or pre-recorded messages for marketing purposes. You may opt out of phone contact at any time by emailing [email protected] or notifying any Toolytics representative during a call.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect usage data. GA4 uses cookies -- small text files stored on your device -- to identify returning visitors and track website interactions. The data collected includes pages visited, time on site, device type, and general geographic location.

Managing cookies

You can disable or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from accessing our website, but some functionality may behave differently. You can also opt out of Google Analytics data collection by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking technologies beyond Google Analytics 4.

  • Legal compliance -- we may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Toolytics, our customers, or the public.
  • Business transfers -- in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described here.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
